Award: 2008 IES International Award of Merit for Lighting Design

In collaboration with the architects, we up-lit the glass floor from the media room below, and recessed the gallery track above removable ceiling planks.  
We designed the lighting to accentuate the paintings, sculptures, and rich architectural materials, in balance with the lighting requirements for a family of six.  
Architectural planes and materials were lit to stage the art.  
The home office was a contemporary gallery in itself a backdrop of rich Venetian plaster surfaces.

Simple incandescent bulbs on cords were selected to light people around the table and not compete with the art or the architecture.
